Bob's Red Mill 100% Whole Wheat Bread Mix. Bob's makes several excellent mixes and it's ground right here in Portland Oregon.
The original plan was to save money and make bread from scratch. But the ease and guaranteed good outcome is worth the extra money.
There are several great websites dedicated to bread & bread machine baking - I forget names- but whole wheat is a tricky one due to the need to add gluten flour. It's helpful to learn from others mistakes!

If I'm not too late ----It's a Zojirushi BBCCX20 Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machine from Amazon.
I did a lot of research and agree with many users who love the machine.
I'm addicted to the Bobs Red Mill 100% whole wheat bread mix. I make at least one loaf a week!!!

I have the same bread machine like yours. I like that the dough has enough space during kneading time. It's, by far, the best bread machine compared to American brands.
