I just finished burning this copy of RoboCop to DVD!! Now I have my favorite variation of the Orion logo on a digital format as well as RoboCop in full screen. If you compare the old VHS' of RoboCop to the DVD versions, you'll notice more picture on the top and bottom of the VHS' while there's slightly more image left and right on DVD versions. The closeup of his face in RoboCop 3 during the chase early in the film shows his mouth in full screen versions while its cut off in widescreen versions
Thanx for the post. Thats always been my favorite version of the Orion logo. I brother had this copy of RoboCop on VHS which he eventually gave to me.

Can you upload the opening to Robocop 2001 DVD, or you still have the 1987 VHS?

I found a 1987 Robocop VHS at a thrift store today, just seeing the cover again brought back so many memories.

@carlitosbug Yes, he did. His character was named Justin Ballard-Watkins. Kurtwood Smith (Red Foreman on "That '70s Show") was Clarence J. Boddicker.
