i don't play mugen anymore but i remember not noticing the difference too, maybe someone just renamed him from where i got him(esnips) or he was edited with faster moves or something, who knows

the comp probably knows what the other comp is going to do

nah its not that .. the Ai reacts quicker to an opponents movements .. different characters have different reaction speeds and counter attack intelligence

thats why mugen is so good lol

so far the hardest two characters to beat (best Ai) are Orochi Ken and Evil Ryu (dont know the exact version) .. oh and another version of Evil Ken
