@HeartGoldMVP at least 50 bucks, it can be more than $70 depending on the model. I have I 5 of the dragon models and they are SUPREME QUALITY. You should get one, way better than Tamiya, but more for pro builders.

tamiya doesnt have as much extras as dragon but each company does have its advantages, big and tall doesnt even know what hes talkin about, ask anyone, which is better, a tamiya sherman or a dragon, everyone will most likely say dragon, besides armor isnt tamiyas main market. and BTW some of tamiyas kits were " shit" as well for instance their t62, tamiya releases too little armour and dont care for what people are asking, they just do what ever they want. while trumpeter and dragon ask ppl.

That is NOT a "Maus", that is the paper-project "E-100". Contrary to the "Maus" this one was never actually build! -It´s like German Sci-fi! - - Dragon have made a kit of the E-100, item # 6011...

Hmm... Are you positive. SHow me the clip. I saw the Maus I'm talking about at 1:50. And It was named the Panzer VIII E-100. I know that. I didn't know Dragon made a Maus Kit though. That sounds like an exciting build!

E-100 and Maus are different tanks. Maus has different wheels and tracks, more like a King Tiger, I like the E-100 more, that ones also a little smaller and lighter.

Make a little saving or make a birthday wish, besides those Dragon kits doesn´t come any cheaper with that (supposedly "free") added stuff inside the box. You will surely be paying for it somehow, be it by the usual annoying dimensional errors or by the raised prices of their kits. Nah, Tamiya does it best and it´s still cheaper than trying to buy a watermellon in mid-Tokyo, now that´s scary!

LOL!!! Dragon is well known for their quality and accuracy and their bonus stuff. Dragon is expensive for a reason THINK. Tamiya kits are great but were actually the first ones to have mistakes on accuracy of the Tiger I early releases. You don't know what you're talking about just don't say it. imho... i've been using tamiya kits since 1985 for their quality. Last month I bought a Dragon "T34/85 Premium edition".. it's just the best box i've ever seen. Very high quality, details, metallic gun barrel, etching parts, tracks... at the same price of the tamiya kit. Very satisfied...

Which manufacturer did your kit come from? I'm a modeler myself and armor kits are best assembled straight away and painted after when everything is already built. Just save small parts like MG's, tools, figures, etc for later detailing with small brushes. Hope this helps.
