It's not Kitana. It's a customized character. Mortal Kombat Armageddon has an option called "Kreate A Fighter" which allows players to create their own characters.

Its mortal kombat armagedon. It has all the characters and I do mean ALL the characters to appear in the series. His costume is different from his first appearance but that is stryker. Lot of people hate him because he doesn't match the styling of the other characters but he is my favorite next to sub-zero and noob.
