I have read many books and seen many videos in this field but I have to say that I found that Mike's methods and explanations are by far the best I have seen. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Keep up the good work!
He's done a little homework to be sure, but then he uses it later on to steer you in the direction of his philosophy. This is what many do in his game. The David Wolfes, and the like. They instill fear and attempt to attach negative associations to any other knowledge. This is NOT to disrespect this man, he has wisdom, it is to save the many from being confused on their path
of course I want people to read my book and like what I do... that's why I spent 5 years writing it and longer researching it. I'm glad you've watched so many videos though - you've given more more attention than most... best wishes.
depends on the intensity - walking 5 miles on a golf course is considered mild aerobic and takes 3/4 hours. Common sense says this will have little or no effect on muscle breakdown. Look at polar extremes of a situation to get a better perspective. Plus, many other factors come into play re: muscle catabolism such as nutrition, stress, sleep patterns, hormonal dynamics... etc. etc. Are you trying to maximise fat loss? email me more details if you like and I'll see if I can help.

isn't 45mins of aerobics considered too much for fat loss? in the sense that it is not optimal for fat loss because it encourages muscle catabolism
