@YouStoleMyTube It's because Mandarin isnt a native language of Taiwan, there is in fact an language calld Taiwanese, but mostly only "country people" an older folks speak it from what I understand. There are several different languages floating around and some how Mandarin(a foreign language) became the natioanl language, but I've heard that more people are trying to bring back Taiwanese. Sorry if I'm wrong, this is just from what I understand

@kaiora96 I'm actually half Taiwanese so yeah I know what Taiwanese is. There's two languages other than Mandarin spoken in Taiwan, Minnanhua and Hakkahua. But only for the older generation are these learned as first languages. But 70% of the younger generation learn Minnanhua as a second language in school, so since he's relatively young his tones should be perfect as Mandarin would be his native language...

:S Oh well hahaha, sometimes I get lazy with tones too.
