@EvellynLyrics I think youll actually find that while the tv series and the movies may have started similarly, they have branched off into completely separate things. Both were also based off of books and if you read the books youll find that one is about a pathetic whinging girl chosen between two boys who keep trying to ditch her while the other is an intense series with adventure and passion. Also twilight cane out 14 years after the first tvd book. Consider your bubble burst.

Smith published the first book in 1991 and Stephenie Meyer in 2005! So I'm wondering who copied it from who ;) I'm sure it wasn't TVD but rather Twilight ;)
