Hi, The song name is Rakset Al Asaya and it is on the Shik Shak Shok album by Hassan Abou El Seoud. I think there is also a slightly longer version which is on a harder to get album called 'Shik Shak Shook' and that song name is Rakset El (or ek) Saidi. Hope this helps :).
