Wow, things really ARE better with Obama as president. Under Bush, during Katrina the police shot people. Obama is not just better, but much much better than Bush ever dreamed of being. Two civilians were killed and four were wounded in the shootings on the Danziger Bridge on September 4, 2005, days after Katrina.
