Your gecko is pretty skinny.. they should have a really fat tail and definitely fatter limbs! Make sure you're feeding regularly enough! If she's having trouble eating crickets you should add some mealworms or wax worms to fatten her up. But crickets should still be the staple diet.

@peanutbutterjellyiss Yeah, itz fine. Like Jehn Jehn said, it needs time to acclimate and also, young leopard geckos are only supposed to have between 1 and 3 crickets every couple of days or so.

just a tip fella, in this video this leo looks no older than 2-3months old. possibly younger. A 4-5 month baby had grown into most of skin and is not as clumsy.

That is not 4-5 months old it's about 3 weeks old, my leopard gecko was 5 months old when I got him and I got him off breeders. He's got his adult spots all ready, he's only seven months old now.

Yeah. I did get her from Petco. Scary conditions. Babies on sand with large mealwoms as their only food. Luckily Lula Mae is a great eater and has gotten a lot healthier over the last 2 months.

your leo will be fine. I got both my leos from petco and they eat alot. Just let them adjust to thier enviorment. This may take days or a week. Give them time and let them get used to thier feeding schedule.

She seems to be doing fine. She's eating a few crickets a day and seems healthy. She has some blueness on her stomach which I've heard can mean parasites or impaction and that scares me. She's had it since I got her and is acting healthy so I'm hoping it's just her organs. She also had some unshed skin on her toes but I finally got that off (with much difficulty!!)

nice gecko, im no expert on geckos but your looks alot younger than 4-5 months, either than or mines is a lot older than 6 months, yours still has a thin tail and long thin legs, the tail on mines is almost as thick as its neck

yes it maybe weeks instead of months, the first gecko i had was a bit smaller than yours and was only a few weeks old, but it wouldnt eat and died after about a month, mealworms are fine for a gecko, there is a myth about mealworms eating their way out of geckos but this isnt true, im undecided on sand, i like the look of it but people say not to use it, but geckos live in the desert so they live on sand and they seem to do pretty well in the wild
