Well what happened is we got a credit card hacker that spent 500$ so WE had to pay steam the 500$ because apparently they didn't believe us that we didn't do it. To help pay it off they took off any games on my account we bought the months of Jan-Feb 2010, which we still had to pay about 380 dollars. So I doubt they will grant me these back.

anyway in the future, I would suggest using a generic gift card that says something like VISA: $100. Sure you can still get hacked, but it shouldn't hurt your credit card info.

No i dont know, that is only happening with the newer promo items, rather than the older ones. I highly doubt they will.

Yes, it was just recently that when promo's are released that a short period of time they aren't tradable. These were released before the "Genuine" quality was released, so yes they are tradable.

No i did not but sadly my account got disabled due to a mishap with a hijacker. they used up my credit card and steam disabled my account. As soon as i get it back i will let you know. im using my friends right now and i dont feel like buying MNC for him.
