@oregonboy1974 My guess is that it's a standing rib roast (also called prime rib), and instead of cutting the ribs off the lovely succulent roast, they cut between the ribs all the way through the roast. Yum!

@swell336 that's silly to think only mexicans can cook, and they all work hard. I've worked in restaurants with mexicans. And yes, their are mexicans that work their tail off and are very good cooks. But you could say that about any decent. And I've met plenty of mexicans with ego problems. Again you could say that about any decent. I find racism to be contrived nonsense.

@swell336 I just take that sort of thing personally because most of my career has been in kitchens. I've met my fair share of mexicans there and they all think they work harder than everybody else. In some cases it's true, but sometimes they just think they do. A lot of them will work 2 jobs, but they try not to work so hard because of they're other job, which is understandable. But, I've met a lot more and lazier white people, lol.
