Nice Bike! I have a 1990 as well but, mine is the OEM Black / Grey color. It made 100hp with 54ft/lbs of torque until the front sprocket came off @ about 90 mph. We are rebuilding now. Hoping to see about 110hp with a stage 3 kit, pipe,separate air filters and fresh new top and bottom end.
Nice bike. I had a 1990 ZX7 myself. Did a lot of work to that bike. Made 135 HP. Ran on VP C-12. Had one of the very few race CDI boxes from Japan, Full built motor. so many parts were from the 1990 race kit from Kawasaki. Believe it or not you could order it right out of the Kawasaki parts book. Merl Plumly when he was at Team Rumi after Muzzy provided specs to my father and I to machine the cases to match Doug Chandlers bike.
Nice, I have an identical H2, 1990 ZXR...I have the original exhaust on mine, but I do have a Scorpion can to put on if feeling fruity!

Yes, they are indeed very nice machines!! It made 101.4 RWHP. Nice numbers for an oldtimer..
