The LAST thing I would want to do is heat press my mesh! 350 for 30 secs WILL cause lateral mesh distortion and shorten the life as well as any hopes for being able to use that screen in a tight register multi-color situation. A 110 may be somewhat forgiving of this but the higher mesh used, the greater the issues. I do not see this as a step UP. Wet Emulsion is easy and fast; not limiting to size; needing a heat press.Lots of tech no-no's here. Kinda cool but but NOT 'better' or easier IMO.
i tried using mclogans super stretchy light inkjet transfer sheets paper and it did not work , the video does not specify what kind of transfer paper to use, i will try using the laser transfer paper for light shirts, unless someone has any recomendations,i would greatly appreciate it . i hae an important job due and i need to try this asap. thank you
does the high heat effect the screen integrity at all? I would imagine it would soften the screen at high heat and it would stretch after a few goes. Also.. how do you get it off and clean the adhesive from the screen?
It's an interesting alternative, although I don't know how much time is actually saved due to the fact that someone has to block out the rest of the screen, allow it to dry, and then tape it off.
Great, now all I have to do is make sure ALL my screens are at least 20"x24" in order to fit on the heat press......oh wait now I need a heat press. Lame.

I can see the point of this film, I use a similar dry film process to make sandcarving masks (no heat press though).
I will have a look and see if this film is available in the U.K as it has to be worth trying out a sample.

@mark2bit I just used packing tape instead of blockout, worked fine.
