Hi, maybe camera (only old Fuji FinePix F700). Exhaust pipes are not original (new replica), but I think that the sound is usual for 350. Look at my new video -- there is my Jawa 350 after motor overhaul.
I have also turkish made replica exhaust pipes on my 250/559(look my videos). Sound is little louder than original pipes. Many people in Finland buy those replca pipes, because re-chroming of old pipes cost very much.
Yes, re-chroming cost much more then replica and lifetime is often shorter because wall thickness of old exhaust pipes is very thin. Your Jawa has very nice sound.
Thanks! Yes it sound good because engine is fully rebuilted. It has also Six days 250 airfilter so little more power.:) Many people here say that replica pipes don't have very good chroming. It's ofcourse better than rusty old pipes. I think that these old models have less mechanical noise than later type 638 and 640. Maybe because they have smaller cylinder cooling"plates"(i don't know what it's called in english). But Jawa engine always have some mecanical noise. It's completely normal. :)

@twostrokesmoker, th older types are more silent because of the iron cylinders. The aluminium engines make more mechanical noise..

Hello, i realy love this motorcycle, first one i had in the 80's was a 350/352 Californian (amazing sound - and smoke!!! - of a 2 strokes )
i was 22... now i'm looking on the web to buy one in France
