  • her knees are going a bit far forward? but she's going deep, and has powerful legs

  • she's locking out her hips...keep the ass engaged.

  • She has great form, but of course it could get better. She probably has tight hip flexors as do alot of people. If you stretch them you can get them loose and that will help. I get my clients to do squats with a stability ball using weights. Saves your knees and your back.

  • you're in awesome shape. really good and good form. 

  • agreed with bonafideadam. she needs to go lower. her stopping at parallel puts extra pressure on her knees. going atg and being able to get back up from that requires real strength. it's hella easy to 1/4 squat but it's never easy to go all the way down.

    I'd like to hear just some of these videos without a goofy-sounding guy speaking right behind the camera.

  • her knees are going forward. Knees are also too narrow. her depth is fine. you need to push those knees out.

  • those aren't squats those are 1/4 squats. Proper form requires the individual go much deeper.
