@cammyammy its usually done on a venue with a flat concrete ground then dirt is layered over the ground and then as they bring in more dirt they start to build the lips and landing and so on, and most of them either already own the equipment or just rent it

Reed is a douchebag on and off the track. He should retire now because he will NEVER win another championship.
