  • This is a great workout... I'm gonna stay at it every weekday morning... I'm actually winded!

  • I like to do MMA and boxing/self defense, and I will start doing some of these (not just the boxer's exercises) with 5-10 lb wrist weights and 2.5 lb ankle weights, maybe some with 12 lb medicine ball. Love your vids, thanks for posting.

  • It al depends on your diet and if you are consistent everyday with exercise. If you are then in 6 weeks you will see major improvement. Good Luck
