I like to do MMA and boxing/self defense, and I will start doing some of these (not just the boxer's exercises) with 5-10 lb wrist weights and 2.5 lb ankle weights, maybe some with 12 lb medicine ball. Love your vids, thanks for posting.

It al depends on your diet and if you are consistent everyday with exercise. If you are then in 6 weeks you will see major improvement. Good Luck
