You can't target your own folk with offensive actions. It can only happens when they're confused (in which case they may do all kinds of annoying things).
I think it wouldn't be awful if you had to gain a level or two to beat Valmar's eye. I think you're the first to do this challenge with this game. After Valmar's eye it should get easier because no other fight has that many parts, and it should be easier to control fights with cancelling and other things.
Perhaps, but it seems like the biggest charm of this game is the mobile battle style, it's nice that there are these kinds of attacks, in Grandia 3 probably the biggest flaw of the game (besides storyline, but that's always debatable) is that even if everything looks different, it's really just damage, most spells are too one-dimensional, it's not interesting, this game seems different from what I've seen so far, not that I know much thought
I don't know that mov also affects the speed of deplacement... it's laughable when Millenia runs :P
I believe that was a kind of bug when Mareg get stuck within the boss, good thing the tongue uses an area technicks
That fight was crazy overall, and the lack of money, special coins and magic points will soon be a major annoyance :/ If you succeed in beating Melfice I will give this challenge a try
I'm not sure how Mareg would've acted if his MOV stat weren't affected by the boss. I think that being under the boss wouldn't have got in the way of him landing an attack or changing his position.
And yeah, I'm still sceptical to this challenge being finishable. Still need to fight Valmar's Eye, which is a boss battle featuring as many as seven opponents with powerful attacks and annoying statuses we can't fully protect against.
I don't see a reason why not. I do imagine you'd need a bit of grinding to overpower some of the bosses and having to kill your allies after touching a save point could be annoying.
this game looks so good on my pc. I have the resolution maxed and full AA on.

Couldn't you just attack your allies yourself? Or can't you do that. I haven't played this in a few years, so I can't remember.

that was entertaining, if I may ask, what is the effect of the first spell millenia used while berserked?

It pushes away adjacent enemies and allies. A waste of a turn, if you ask me.

Either way, should be fun.

Could this game be played in a single-character challenge? It seems like it would be fun
