true soul doesn't come in a bottle and it won't disappear if she puts the bottle down. may even give her a more powerful and inspirational view on life to convey to others who have struggled. it's people like you, vivaciousvonne(idiot) who allow society to believe that drugs aren't a real and scary issue by downplaying them. i pray that amy finds her way to sobriety, and i think you should look deep inside and try to figure out what makes it okay for you to think that way.

If I'm right she's either referring to Blake or the one before him. The song is about like if he goes back to his ex then she goes back to the drugs and alcohol. Alocoholics and druggies tend to black out often when either on them or going through withdrawal from them. So she goes back to the black outs. The dark times. Make more sense?
