This thing started out funny to being sad. Making fun of someone who stutters is like making fun of someone who is handicapped.

I have been able to control my stuttering to about 95% for 5 years now. It used to be a little bad but it was never like this dude. He definitely needs professional help to moderate his speech. With a speech like that it can affect you socially, professionally and mentally. I have been there so I know first hand how it can traumatize someone. This was probably the best prank call by Nephew Tommy.
