If you don't feel that BD should have received a 99.05, that's fine -- we're all entitled to our opinions. But I think that the best judges in DCI who adjudicated these finals performances would know better than the people just watching it on youtube.

Carolina may have had more notes but, that 's not the true test of badassness. From what I have seen online, B.D.'s bassline and tenor line are untouchable musically and chops wise while the snare line might be the "weak" part.

@Snebasseor How? I've never heard a bad rep from the bassline, but the snares have bad reps all of the time, theres even a vic firth video where one of the snares messes up on 8's!

It seems like the tenor closest to the snares at 7 secs or so played different drums...idk scotts kinda in the way also. not saying people don't make mistakes but just sayin it looked wierd to me...might even just be a height difference.. even so, clean beats all around

As much as I loved thier show this year, there is no way the Ble Devils deserved a 99.05 OR should have betaen Carolina by 1.5 points...put it in football terms, that is three touchdowns! Sorry, no dice...but of course, this is only one mans opinion. Not saying they should not have won it all, but 1.5 points??? 99.05?? Come on...

I agree i enjoyed BD show this year, i mean i'm qualified to really judge or compare the two, but from a fans piont view Crown to the cake hands down  BD was still tits clean and the show was amazing!

bottom line. they didnt....they had every shows chance to beat the blue devils. besides, it cant be just coincidence that the blue devils beat EVERYONE, EVERY TIME.

@fervio yeah, just like in 2007 when they were really dirty, it wasn't a coincidence how they beat Phantom Regiment, Bluecoats and The Cadets in drums. From what I remember and see on here, all of those drumlines were way cleaner than BD in 2007, but you're right. BD should win every year. Those other lines had every shows chance to beat the Blue Devils....wtf? dude you can't say anything to this comment. If you disagree, I'll send you some links of all of these drumlines
