First of all at 0:45 Never help them get up, that shows the sign of weakness in you. 2nd at 0:56 green team, never run to them full speed, they can just fake you and you won't be able to change side. Just stop at the mid point and let them come to you full speed. But wow this is the best TEAM i seen so far. Nice Job Girls.

@jacobsaunders81 yes that is true, but on the field no one is your friend or family. that's how you get strong. You help them up, do you think they will do the same thing back when they knock you down. I play rusher and i know how it feels.
