Once again, she didn't have ANY work done; she's naturally beautiful and there's not many women in their 40s who can pull it off without excess. Plus, Catherine is still a tomboy, does all kinds of "manly" things, and she's quite athletic. These things make an already sexy woman maintain what she's got. Man, it is really too bad what Catherine did to her nose and eyes. She used to have such a nice Persian nose and now she's changed it into just a generic "female model" nose. And her beautiful eyes used to squint with expressive lines on the sides and just a slight puffiness around the bottom that made them very attractive, and now all of that has apparently been botoxed or lifted away. She used to be absolutely gorgeous and REAL, now she's merely pretty and a bit fake. Disappointing.

Perhaps it's just lighting and make-up -- but it looks that way on EVERY picture of her now, compared to older pictures. I doubt that the lighting at every occasion would be such that, on every recent photo, her nose and eyes look different.
