  • that's what she said

  • Just use car polish on them. Quick and easy and cheap and works!

  • what type of sandi papper u using???

  • Ok Y does this process not show the buffing process? If you are gonna sell something it must be a step by step demonstration or you are just making money off of clients? No where in this video did I see you using a scratch remover compound? You did wet sand which leaves sanding marks.

  • I'll try the sand papers.. thanks!!! hope it workssssss ughhhhhh clk500 2004

  • But mine has the haze on the INSIDE UGHHHH can you fix that?

  • Always have BEFORE and AFTER pictures, Side by Side.

Thank you for the advice. I will use it in the future

By the way You can get the headlight restoration kit to make your headlights like new condition again at FixMyHeadlights com

  • Can I go buy this sand paper at the store? Or does it have to be special sand paper?

  • @iKnifeU123 Its just normal fine wet sand paper

  • This Guy does do a good job though but for the $50 Dollars each is just not worth it for my car as the new factory headlight len's are only 26.00 or 33,00 Each brand new lol. : P

  • @200twistatwista

It makes perfect sense to buy the new ones at thet price. But the price of most cars the headlights and way more expensive which makes headlight restoration a perfect solution. Remember headlight restoration is an alternative to replacement.

  • @200twistatwista I dont know what kind of car you have, but OEM headlights are EXPENSIVE. A few hundred bucks a piece. If you get cheap aftermarket, then yes, they will be cheaper. But I highly doubt your headlights cost 26 bucks.

  • @200twistatwista what do you drive a ford tempo or something...The headlights for a mercedes cost alot.

  • Haha My old headlights Had the reflective shield burnt away from halogens : P

I use HID And LEDS on my camry I am very green but I would not reuse my headlights I would buy aftermarket ones : P over time the road debries Cracks them

And rocks do you can not restore cracks : ) I just get new ones after a few years every 3 years or so I will buy new headlights : P And yes I do make good money However this is great for cars that can not have replacement headlights as an option : P

  • @200twistatwista

You are right, if your headlight are cracked or broken then headlight restoration is not your solution. In that case I would agree Headlight replacement is your best bet. However is they are just oxidized then headlight restoration is your best alternative.

  • oya! cubano! $100.00 your ripping off the gringos!!!! how much if it was a beater?

  • @mr1uponu

  • @200twistatwista I have been restoring foggy headlights for the past 4 years and I haven't knocked any of them out of adjustment. If you are loaded then buy new ones but send the foggy ones for me so I can recycle them. This way you can take some credit for gouing GREEN !!!

  • If I owned a mercedes I assume the person has Money : P

    I would not be cheap.. I would buy new headlight's : )

  • @200twistatwista

You are special because most people who own high end cars don't think like you do. They try to save money that is why they restore their headlights. It's the wise thing to do especially when you check the price of new headlights as comparing to headlight restoration.

  • how long would the head lights last till you need to fix them agen

  • @sergio4sho1 Six months to a year I keep mine in the garage soo also I replaced my headlights soo I hear most of the time it is 6 months : ) depends on how deep you clean them (:

  • @200twistatwista

There are a lot of stuff and people that only clean headlights. Cleaning headlights is just a part of the headlight restoration process. A major part of the headlight restoration is sealing them with a quality sealer. If you don't use a quality sealer and only clean them your headlights will get back foggy within 3 to 6 months. In some cases as early as 1 month. Go to fixmyheadlights com for more info and headlight restoration kits that works and last.

  • @sergio4sho1

We give a 1 year warranty with our headlight restoration service. But with our new technological advancement we are now able to offer a 2year 5year and lifetime warranty. You can also pick up a headlight restoration kit at fix my headlights ,com

  • here in phoenix az they do it for 5 dollars

  • Hey. that great. Just remember you get what you pay for. FYI Headlight restoration is more involved than simply cleaning your headlights. Go to fixmyheadlights com and learn more about headlight restoration.

  • This clip is for the people who don't have the time or skill that you posess. It is for people who prefers a professional headlight restoration service instead of DIY kit to restore their headlights. Hey thanks for the comment anyhow.

  • All you have to do is tape around the lense with blue painters tape and wet sand with 400 grit automotive sandpaper and after that use a wax cleaner and sealer. It's not rocket science. LAMO
