Can anyone share the knitting instructions for this design? I lost a couple pages and can't recover the original.

I am working on this sweater, but really having trouble building the sleeves - can you share any advice? I keep dropping stiches off of the second needle while trying to knit the first stitches.
You did a beautiful job, much better than mine. I want to throw it out the window right now.
