  • This is the best porn music I've ever heard!

  • nice! :-D

  • Okay. The only reason I had to cope with Windows for the last 4 years was that there wasn't a decent linux driver for my S90 at that time. (My computer lacks MIDI IN/OUT/THRU ports, so I have to stick to the USB connection.) How the hell did you manage to connect the S90 and Rosegarden? Because if you managed to do it via USB, you'd solve a problem that I had for 4 years.

  • man i dont get what jamin is? i see its an EQ but how the heck do you get it to work with ardour and stuff? makes no sense to me eek. :s This beat is real mellow btw i like it. Did u make the entire thing in linux cuz it came out good!? :D

  • midi mechanical nice chords and bass

  • more deep housey than anything else

  • needs some (a lot of) mastering but is cool

  • Sooo, where can i get the mp3 for this? =D

  • @chiquillofilm FetchMP3.com

  • can i send trance voices from fl studio to yamaha s90???:D

    plz someone answer:D???

  • S90 has no sampler, so you cannot put custom voices, just use ROM samples or expansion cards. You should have MOTIF, imho

  • exactly what is latin about this song?

Not to be a jerk, just seriously questioning.

The only thing remotely latin is the sticks. You apparently tried to approximate a typical 3+2 salsa pattern, but either you don't know it or you put too much swing on it.

Chords and Melodies are not consistent with latin music at all. The progression that starts at 3:26 is the closest, and even that falls extremely short, being "latin jazzy" at best.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good beat. Just not latin.

  • "latin_groove" is just a name :)

  • Why choose a name that suggests it's a Latin song?

  • @CinataMakabuka Why don't you suggest a better name?

  • Good work.

I'm still a beginner to linux audio/music system, but I hope to create songs like you do!

  • how do u download this software?

  • Triple-double-u dot ubuntustudio dot org. There are other ways, but that is probably the simplest.

  • search for ardour on the internet. This is a freeware program

  • I diggin' this stuff, it´s awesome to see Linux Audio put to good use, and to see someone as talented as you demonstrating it. Lookin' forward to more *fill_in_the_blank*groove tracks!

  • Thanks for your encouraging words, I'm happy to see positive feedback on all my *_groove tracks :D

Audio on Linux can be a little hard some times, but worth a try, definitely!
