  • the transmission on the 2005-present Toyota Hilux/ Toyota Hilux Vigo/

    Guangzhou Toyota Hilux

    Transmission

    5-speed manual

    4-speed automatic

    5-speed automatic

  • Cute toddler at the very beginning.

  • Nice Sound Prove !!!!!!!

  • that's a nice truck, but only 102bhp!

    you will need more power.

the new vn engine with intercooler has 144bhp and the hilux move muck better

  • @helenaki8 the newer engine gets 197 hp! :)

  • @ballader1 yew, I know, the 3.0 engine.

  • I like this one better than the American version. Cool seat fabric, & the headrests are nicer than the USA models.

  • That's an awesome looking truck. Very purposeful looking.

  • Yea. There's another similar truck to this from Mitsubishi, called the Triton. I'll try to make a video on that too! And also the Navara from Nissan. The Nissan truck is the most expensive (I think the best looking too), and the most car-like interior.

  • Never knew that. Does the Navara come in diesel?

  • Yep. The only option. It's a 2.5 litre diesel engine. We also have the Nissan Frontier, but it's a cheaper version of the Navara.

  • Do some of gray market importers import the FJ80Land Cruiser, like the one from the Crocodile Hunter?

  • Very very nice truck! MUCH MUCH better than our Toyota TACOMA that has a gas guzzling 4.0L Petrol/gasoline V-6, instead of a fuel efficient 2.5L Diesel I-4. The interior is very car-like too, I love it!

  • @adambot3000 Very reliable it bet.

  • For sure! It's a Toyota!

  • Awesome. The Tacoma and the Hilux are the trucks I would have.

  • Ahahahaa.......This Hilux and the Tacoma are almost the same size, I wonder why they wouldn't put in a diesel engine for the USA. On a side note, I kinda like the Tundra's styling. =)

  • I think they should put a diesel in our Tacoma, or just import the Hilux! Since like the 3/4 ton and 1 ton pickups got diesels why not the rest?

And yes the Tundra looks good but is also a pig on gas. You get either a 4.6L V8 or 5.7L V8 and in the USA a 4.0L V6, 4.7 V8 and 5.7 V8.

  • @adambot3000 Hahah..I guess Toyota USA has to see customer preferance (what they like, what engines they prefer, etc. etc.)

Mmmm...most trucks like this in Malaysia normally come with either a 2.5 or 3.0 diesel. There's a Mitsubishi Triton which comes with a 3.2 petrol engine, that's the biggest engine we get in a truck over here.

  • haha nice, I like the little diesels, here we have like 6.8L Petrol V-10 as our biggest pickup engine (Ford F-250/350), or GM's 8.1L Petrol V-8 (Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500) now discontinued after 2007. For diesel it's 6.7L Inline-6 Cummins in the Dodge Ram 2500/3500 as the biggest.

The Yankees seem to like to make everythign big!

  • 1:29 wats that thing u slided ive been in these cars but wat r they meant for?

  • @sk8terguy56 Oh, most cars have just a button to press, but the slide is to switch between air-recirculation mode of outside air.

  • @sk8terguy56 *or, not of.

  • @alexlovesmac Outside or Recycled air.

  • @sk8terguy56 there for the outside/inside air control

  • HA not bad, I like this one.
