I think the problem with the video may have been an issue with the 'in-stream' ads that YT allows us to use for revenue. I just set one of my videos to only show the 'in-stream' ads and it had the same issue as yours yesterday. Just allowing the banner version, it works. Weird.

The last time people pressed refresh as often as they did on that video yesterday, Twitter went down.
