I'm fairly sure the guy was def capped for this fight, so since he can't be crit, Blood Craze wouldn't heal him. I'm guessing Lifeward enchant on his weapon, and Bloodthirst w/ glyph.

Bloodthirst is what is healing him for 700.

The ammount Bloodthirst heals, scales with how much health you have, my warrior is sitting at about 30k so I get healed for 600. Blood craze is what's healing him for less.

the heals are from Bloodthirst, Lifeward, and a healing proc from the Ashtongue Talisman of Valor

he has a hybrid build of prot and fury, so he will have a bit of healing from fury and a litle mitigation from prot and then he has a very good tanking gear

You get it at Frosthold in Storm Peaks for the price of 10 Relics of Ulduar it has unlimited charges and lasts 10 minutes with a one hour cooldown like he said.
