I can dig that. I know you are not making this up. I went to a pow wow in 1992 and the Native Shinnecock Chief Joseph told us stories about America being called the land of Frogs and how they used to communicate with the animals and help the colonists to survive the cold winters etc. But guess what they mostly resemble so-called black folks. Light brown to medium skin tone n features. Two of of 20 people there were mixed more with white blood but considered native anyway.

They did, the problem is when people refuse to accept the fact they were black, who mixed in with various others during their long reign, but still retain their Moor ness or blackness.
