obviously this is a fake. back in 97 film didn't have that tint of what ever color, and you can see that it was just people, not ghosts. the graphics are bad, the distortion is bad, it's a bad video period.
As a paranormal investigator I can say that this appears to be completely fake. They even gave the video a gray tone to eliminate the problems of trying to blend the full color video to the inserted animation.

First of all, the "abandoned video tape footage of mysterious monster" story has been used to death. Think of something original. Secondly, you might try getting more convincing voice actors, and last, fire the sound effects editor. The level of the footsteps was way out of wack with the dialogue track. :)

Oh come on. Why would it make sounds like that other than because they are stereotypical "scary" sounds. Even if you wanted to try and make it seem real, don't you think you should've taken in consideration that shadows don't have vocal chords, there is no way they could growl or screech. If you are going to make a fake video, at least do it right

First of all, the "abandoned video tape footage of mysterious monster" story has been used to death. Think of something original. Secondly, you might try getting more convincing voice actors, and last, fire the sound effects editor. The level of the footsteps was way out of wack with the dialogue track. :)

Jk, I honestly dont know if this is real or not, But I like to keep an open mind. Ive had some encounters with shadow people and the paranormal and They have never done anything like this. To all you people who are saying "OMG its a fucking demon!!!!" just shut the hell up. Nobody knows what they are and why they are here. Ive heard plenty stories of ppl being tortured by them and others acting as gaurdians. Just shut up. And the tail on it at the end is cool:)
