I am male. have hyperthyroidism at age 22. It is completely wrecking my life and I cannot continue my studies. I am going to start yoga today. I really hope to God this works. I'll post my results in 2-3 months.

Before you try it, you can not blame anyone.Try it, I had Hypothyroid which was (-47.3) and now its normal.I did these yogas only for one and half month.My fiance had Hepatitis B who went for treatment to USA,Canada but doctors denied and he was told that his max life is only one month but because of yoga his almost 70-80% cured..So before you try never abuse anyone.I am telling because if in future if you get any disease just once come back to this video and follow.

@parulgiri1 any practice can cure illnesses if you do it regularly and with all your energy put into that.so its your own energy and not yoga that cured and made miracles to y and to your sweetheart:) i am glad y did it:)great!

@supralee There is difference in "own energy" and "yoga".Try to understand it.Many people have their own energy but still they fell sick.Do you know why?Because by using your own energy you can not help your stomach machines, which are the main and important part of your body.So I believe yoga is God.You too don't believe in me do it by following all instructions and see the result.

Baba Ramdevji, every time I have tried starting Bhastrika I get dizzy and also get headache. I have had migraine since i was 6-7 yrs old. I am 40 yr old woman. Even kapalbhati has the same resukt on me. maybe I am doing it wrongly
