  • @IandeSulocki thats brazilian..

  • @xcr1msonx

There is no such thing as brazilian, you mean portuguese.

  • @boostbeat haha thats funny. then why is brazilian a language? theres two variations to the language of portugeese and theres is called brazilian. im portugese and i wish there wasnt brazilian variatonns but hey shit happens

  • chek out my baby red tail .. about 1" 1/2

  • im happy you didnt kill it, if you did my comment would be an angry one.

  • We normally release all the catfish we catch. They are beautiful, strong and not very tasty. Thanks.

  • theyre water mammoths, its amazing, i wish i could just reach in the water and feel one some day

  • Yes, you are right. I hope you can come some day. You are welcome. Thanks. Ian.

  • feel one where?

  • Did you release it?

  • Yes, Otavio (the angler) released the fish after the photos. It´s a very strong specie of fish and this one returned very healthy to the river´s water.

  • THATS MASSIVE! congrats thats at least 35 lbs. i have one in my fish tank but never caught one only caught blue channel and bullhead cats

  • yeah they are expensive..find one 5 inch and that'll cost u around 50$ or more, there are some in our zoo here..that are like 5 feet long..

  • i can't believe people put those things in aquariums. that's just too big.

  • they sell them as babies to people that dont know they get this big. imo this is still a small rtc.

  • red tail catfish is one of the expensive fishes in world

  • its very cheap to buy in the UK and USA everywhere else it is expensive. especially australia.

  • i live in australia and a 17 inch rtc cost $900 farkkkkkkkkkkkk..

  • where do you guys live? here where i live in California this LFS sells 2-5" for $20 and 6-9" for $35...

  • those things eat pirahnas

  • For sure. We use Piranhas as baits many times. Dead or alive piranhas can be used for them...

  • WHOA hopefully you released the fish?

  • Yes. We release all of them. It´s alive waiting the next lucky fisherman. Thank you. Ian

  • nice fish and well treated unlike amazon dave who has no idea how to treat fish (WA***R). you are a proper fisheman .

  • poor cat fish....

    but is HUGE!

  • Thank U. This fish was released in very good conditions. ian

  • oh k ty for repling

  • psh...i would never harm or hurt a living creature....did u eat him? XD

  • This fish was released. We use circle hook to avoid the fish to swallow the bait and this fact helps us to release better the catfishes in our fishing trips. It ´s very unusual in the amazon to eat this specie of catfish (redtail catfish). Most of the time we eat peacockbass during such a trip. Just a few. Thanks for your comment. Ian.
