  • what a beautiful movement. effortless style seems almost graceful. A skill honed out of many hours of patient dedication. Thank you.

  • @bovrilboy Golden comment, as graceful and true as his performance. And patient dedication is perhaps the highest fruit of this kind of training.

  • Is he riding invisible bike??

  • Man he looks like a robot! niceeeee!

  • WELL DAMN I KNOW HE CAN TEAR SUM ASS UP IN THE BED ROOM

  • very impressive, He should teach kids how to get in good shape and not be just fat kids. lol.

  • beast

  • yo la hago mejor... I do it better xD

  • I've seen this same guy do crazier things with his feet on the dip bar.

  • No guys, this is not a drug induced physique. This physique surprisingly enuff, can be had through proper diet, and ur basic at home exercises, or in this case (outside in a park) exercises.

With that being said, the core strength that this fella has takes a long time to achieve.

Bodybuilding/Power lifting training, is a whole different ball game.

Truth is the majority of the populous wud rather this gentleman's physique over the modern bodybuilding look. And this is coming from a BB'r.

  • @agioni99 tell me, what´s the difference between the training of this guy and someone like Derek Poundstone? I mean, the diffs between strongman training for instance, and this. Do you happen to know? Because, which creates more strenght - and why does strongman eat like hell to become enormous? would´nt it be better to them to be lean and strong?

  • @sorensofos

Just got ur E-mail. Ill send a proper reply when I get a chance.

  • @sorensofos

I have seen Derek in person, while he was competing at the Arnold Classic. C Derek's strength can be considered a 1 Rep max strength. I.E a shorter bursts of strength. The person in the video trains not for 1 Rep max strength, but more for endurance strength. That doesnt mean that Derek does not, as he does just differently . U ask what creates more strength? Will that depends on ur definition of strength?

And the reason why 'Strong Men" eat so much.....

  • @sorensofos

eat so much.... is because the body only grows when it is in a anabolic state. U have to feed ur body more calories than it is burning. When u c 'Bodybuilders' all cut up on stage , that is when they r at their weakest, because of all the dieting. So no, if u wanted to be huge like a 'strong man' u wudnt really wanna be all diced. Though it can be done, for example Mariusz Pudzianowski, wud be a good example. But even he isnt as diced as a IFBB Pro.

  • nice

  • Which event did he gold medal in?

  • he didn't take steroids, you need pure strenght for that!

  • @pivotiano Steroids are not just taken for muscle volume.

  • @TrueRahf you can't do such exercises without training, look at bodybuilders, only one i've seen was able to do a planche hold, the others are almost all on roids and lacks strenght and mobility..

  • @pivotiano you're missing the basic point here, this man is obviously very athletic. I was stating that steroids are not purely taken for the point of muscle volume, but as performance enhancers. Look at all the athletes that get busted for steroid abuse in various sports.

  • @TrueRahf oh...yeah, of course! but i sincerely don't think he is on roids :)

  • @pivotiano ...thats exactly what roids provide...

  • @meemo7290 no..roids don't provide strenght at all, just appearel. the ones you speak about are called "doping" and are different than roids.

  • @pivotiano are you an idiot?

  • @Oceanfap Am i?

  • @Oceanfap

    Apparently he is :)

  • @meemo7290 Actually, roids wouldn't do that. Not because of muscle strength, which they definitely help with, but because of the tendon and ligament strengthening that is also necessary for that kind of sustained strength. That kind of growth takes time and a lot of word.

  • That's a damn strong fucking nigger right there

  • Is he a swimmer?

  • that's good for the core and abs right there

  • watch?v=4jIGg5LO6to look this

  • @davidzucker12

Neither, since they have no relation to one another.

  • great job, but swimming? lol

  • my triceps hurt just by watching this

  • im too heavy to even attempt that shit.

  • what a sick dude.

  • sic,I'm gonna try that and rip a triceps and pull my groin. I'll just have to settle for smelling strong instead.

  • do u swim like this? awesome video btw

  • thumbs up if u tried this after watching it.

  • Whos That?

  • damn it! very smooth movement

  • Fucking A

  • olympic gold medallist in which event?

  • awesome strength

  • thats a massive body

  • wtf hes a machine

  • I agree with others that this guy isn't a gymnast because that move he does, although very hard to accomplish, is actually intermediate in terms of gymnastic moves!

  • @86mhassani

yeah but it would be good conditioning for p bar and also for the pommel horse (for endurance)

  • Po huj on tymi nogami macha

  • the guy under me is a freaking jackass for taking that comment to seriously, just look at his name "moody" lol jf

  • nice...gotta get my abs too...

  • @multiasspirate your a freaking jackass if you thinks he took steroids

  • Not really sure how that simulates swimming... but either way that takes ridiculous strength.

  • 0:37 run run run !!!

  • stroyka-31.ucoz.ru

  • These are basically Russian dips done on the end of parallel bars, with a pesudo-Victorian at the end. That is the hardest part, and in the middle of the video where his upper body was was a bit past 45 degrees with straight arms was VERY impressive. That's serious tricep and lat strength.

  • @slizzardman that's not like a victorian lol. All his forearm is landing on the bar , wich is making it even easier than a front lever... not an olympic gold medalist at all ^^ Not in gymnastics for sure.

  • @lightman94 No, it's not, but his elbow is off the bar. Certainly not as hard as a full front lever. This guy is certainly not a gymnast. I think the whole medalist thing is just to get views.

I can do an arm supported flat tuck victorian and I can do a full lay FL, and I can honestly say that the victorian, even with arms fully supported on boxes, is insanely hard. For me they are similar in difficulty, which makes me wonder just how strong Danny Rodriguez is! Full victorian... yikes.

  • hes clearly in an anti gravity chamber there. all the rest is videoshopped lol

    thats absolutely insane...

  • @aids69dude there's no other explanation bro

  • hes swimming?

  • uhhh wow!

  • ok he did 2 dips!

  • Cool

  • damn

  • epic

  • massa

  • Olympic gold medalist in what sport????

  • that looks like so much fun

  • Wow

  • this funny as hell. look like a ghetto astronaut

  • whats the move called?

  • @fffaaabian- dips are an exercise for the lower and outer pecs, just cannot get the upper pecs worked by doing dips. The direction of arrangement of the upper pec fibres are such that it gets worked when doing presses and flyes on the incline bench. I am sure it doesn't work the upper pecs on doing dips.

  • @rocky90091 dip certainly works upper chests but it's not targeted.

  • at the end his movements look like he's a robot. swift and fluent movement. dam

  • nice!!!

  • wow thats cool how he is levitating on that bar like that...imaginary wheels

  • Nice. Mad strength and control!

  • do dips work more upper or lower chest? and i dont want answeres from people who dont know this answere, because i seen a magazine once that said one of the best exercises for upper chest is dips, it just seems to me that lower chest would get hit more than upper

  • @fffaaabian, if you go down deep (arms form less than a 90 degree angle), you'll really feel it in your rotator cuffs and the outside of your chest. Dips will help increase the muscular definition of your outer pecs. At least, that's what I find when I do them.

  • @nofightsnecessary thanks alot man, and your probably right because i know chest is divided into inner, outter and upper

  • @fffaaabian, yep, no problem. If you have a wider grip, you'll also feel it more in the outer pecs. Closer grip for inner pecs. Not so sure about how to isolate upper and lower pecs, but I'd recommend incline and decline bench press respectively

  • @fffaaabian ur right, it would be lower, tuck ur chin to chest and hits more lower pecs, keep head straight or looking up and isolates the triceps more, but in either style of dip u will feel it on the outside of ur pecs like if u just did DB flies. NOW GO GET THAT PUMP!!!!!

  • Olympic gold medalist, huh? .... what's his name?

  • sick.

  • Looks like a robot...

  • all needs is muscles hands and belly

  • wow!!!

  • Hannibal can do this without help of a bar under his arms. Check the video STRONG GUY.

  • it is excellent

    but

what the fuck with the title

  • lol he wasn't in the olympics, he's street strong, took calisthenics as life, barr-up.

  • he makes it look effortless,, which it clearly isnt lol

  • sik move brotha ima try dat one out the next time i hit a dip bar

  • that's crazy beast strength

  • what event did he do in the olympics?

  • pull penis marathon

  • that is different and very nice, to be honest with you guys!

  • what was his event in the olympics?

  • it's not the quantity it's the way he moves. I've seen people do a lot of reps of crap but this is different

  • Nice move brotha keep it up.
