Man, this was great, an unique experience, unforgetable, the guys of Foghat, J. Winter, J. Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, F. King playing together, how I wish to be there...Thank you for posting, it make my day!

It's interesting that I've always felt Rod Price was the baddest slide player I've ever seen, and he's up there with the greatest blues musicians of all time, including Johnny Winter, who's no slouch on the slide. Nice video! Thanks for sharing...
Got to appreciate all the good vibes tween the blues lovers here. It's good stuff. Keep it going, people. And what a collection of classy bluesmen in this (out of sync )video; tremendous!.
damn we need more jams like this to go on around the world, bring back the music that has pure heart and soul. i'm doing my part to keep the blues alive, gig tonight at the roadhouse in Beloit, Wisconsin.
@LittleQueenie55 thanks little queenie, doing my best and hope to record a tribute CD soon once my new band is together, called, "Keeping the Blues A-Live!!!" The Beretta Blues Express, Ron Beretta, lead singer and harp.
@BLUESMANRONCHICAGO If it's available in Australia, you have one sale aready! Keep it up, keep the flame burning, and know that we're all here listening and appreciating!!
@LittleQueenie55 thanks little queenie, nice to chat with you on here, my regular email is ronberetta@yahoo.com, only go to gmail every now and then to check on replies. send me email sometime, tell me a bit about yourself and i'll be sure to reply, Bluesman Ron
I think Lonesome Dave of Foghat should be included in the credit's at the top of the video, just a suggestion.great video, keep on rockin my fellow Music lover..THEEHASHMON
I'm not going to share this on my Woodstock Nation Page if you don't let me put the vid there. I want to be able to do segues. Let me know if you change your mind. I don't get it, anyway. It's not any less secure on fb than it is here.
Muddy Waters, Jonny Winter, and a lot of guys wearing shinny polyester shirts and big hair that was popular in the 70's, but does anyone look like a cooler blues man than John Lee Hooker?
They really captured the essence of the original here :D This perhaps the best live Muddy I've heard. Dark, stirring. Great to see him and JLH enjoying eachother.
Not basing this on this incredible line-up, but after hearing the "Electric Mud" version of this, I cannot even listen to this typical Muddy version any longer. None of the other songs on that 1968 album replace their original for me except this. "I Just Wanna Make Love To You" should be loud, faster, and have way more electric guitars.
@Noiseresearch I bet Waters wouldn't have been too fussed if they did, it's not like he was playing blues rock for artistic pursuits - it's what them white kids wanted to hear
A few good men not having a bad day.
