Is this check real?? because I just received one in the mail today. In a "postcard" type form of $65.18. Just want to make sure its legit before I make an ass of myself at the bank lol.

and what is this exactly for? I dont remember me being part of any "class".

Hello... yes, the check is real. But you have to deposit the post card check into your bank account first. And when you do, it will release HireRight Solutions from any wrongdoings. Not enough people objected to the final settlement. Only 27 people objected in this case. That's sad... The Ryals v. HireRight Solutions case has ended.

I have no interest in being bought of by these people. The Company I hired on with also trained me and I was hired, I was asked before being accepted to the school if I had any convictions within the last seven years i did not and excelled at my job and was terninated upon recieving this report. If you read the check they sent you yoou are releasing them from any liability. This termination cost me my home and considerable hardships.

This check will release them from any liability! NO!

I agree with you.. but not enough people objected to the final settlement. I was one of 27 people who objected to this settlement, out of thousands who did not. When we do nothing, we get nothing... peace.

I just received my $158.00 check in the mail. I'm gonna take it to the bank....can't wait to see their faces when I bring this square, smudged up, post-card looking check up to them. And I'm black so I'm definitely gonna have a hard time cashing this thing. lol

ROFL! "See, we give him a chance, and now he rob us." You're funny, but you're also right. I'd like to know exactly what employers my record was sold to and what it contained. I don't think this $65 check will cover it considering I've been turned down by so many employers lately. The really strange part is, the only things on my record is truancy and equipment failure traffic ticket, both which occurred when I was a minor.

My husband received a check in the form of a postcard for $18.96 - I thought it was a scam but he's a trucker - he said he did had to sign something when he got hired to prevent blackballing on his driving record.

@PokerPointz I haven't heard of anyone receiving payment at the moment... Depending on ("The Section of Class"), if you're in "The Section 1681i Class" you could get a check for $134.00 or more... If you're in The Section 1681k Class like me, you may get less...depending? I will be posting another information video about this case soon...

@PokerPointz I got one today in Phoenix, AZ for $65.18 (1681k class). It's a post card looking check, didn't even come in an envelope. I thought it was a junk mail scam and almost tossed it. This is probably what they are hoping many people do, just throw it out so they pay less. I don't like that the check came completely exposed like this though.

Yes, man...I received my post card check today, too. These people are STUPID to expose a check to anyone and everybody. (I got $65.18) Unless they shipped the checks directly to the post office or ? I wonder how much money did USIS/HireRight Solutions make when they sold our background record information reports...?
