There is no MSTS oliver available for downloading, however there are some 14xx's available for download if you sign up to uktrainsim . com, (Which is free, but you have to pay in order to jump download queues) and you reskin the model. There must be thousands of reskinning tutorials for MSTS out there just by googling it.
Yes. Both TRS2004 and UTC have backfired on me laptop, so I've only got TRS2006. While it lags here and there, I still use it, because it's my only other version of trainz! If I got TRS2009 I'd have to buy a new computer because it would hyperlag on my laptop.

That would be because you need dependencies from the DLS for the other Engines. Not sure about Gordon and James, But for Thomas and Percy, you need the Cabview for skipper's GWR 57xx, as well as the Terrier iow long bunker enginespec.
