  • This proves that planes never actually hit the towers. The NSA used a top secret video distortion tomography wave that affected any digital recording device within a 16.1 mile radius such that megapixels in the shape of airplanes would appear to fly into the towers. This would not appear on analog film, which is why DARPA secretly funded Sony and Canon's advertising campaigns since 1996 so that digital cameras would proliferate and nobody would capture the CIA-planned WTC attack on celluloid.

  • @jeffl96 lol wow I hope that's a joke because that's the most retarded thing I have ever heard.

  • At that many miles away, you shouldn't have been able to hear much of the second plane hitting, but at :41 seconds you hear a rapid fire series of rattles indicating a shockwave. For the shockwave to arrive at your location so quickly, you just may have caught the perfect evidence of high explosives as some theorists have suggested. (much higher velocity shockwaves.)

  • I'm sure the shot is 22mi.

  • I used the ruler tool in Google Earth to measure the distance from Floral park to WTC and it is 16 miles. How did you arrive at 22?

  • Wrong one, my home to WTC is 22 miles, my grandparents' house to WTC is 17.

  • @Queensdude I was born in Floral Park.

  • Hey is that the golf course in Glen cove??

I used to go to this golf course in Glen cove where you could see the city skyline from it. Pretty cool.

I was in LI when 9-11 happened and even from Roslyn you couldn't see the city (obviously) but you could see the plume of smoke.

  • As the crawl indicates, the golf course is the North Shore Towers Country Club, formerly the Glen Oaks Golf and Country Club (1923-1969), which sold the land to NST developer Sigmund Sommer and moved to Westbury.

  • The Reason that made me serve. Another great clip QD

  • my aunt lives right by the north shore towers

    Thanks.

  • Any chance you will make available an uncompressed DV copy for research?

    -Ace Baker

  • This was shot in HD?

Please, make the airplane shot available in HD. I'd be happy to cover the expenses, if that's an issue.

    Thanks.

    -Ace Baker

  • CORRECTION: I misspoke when I said it was shot in HD. I own a Sony HD NOW but on 9/11 I was using a STANDARD DEFINITION Mini DV Sony camcorder. Sorry for the error. I doubt that HD would have improved the clarity more than incrementally shooting through 16 miles of atmosphere.

  • Poster responded and said it was coincidental sound from somewhere.

  • If it is 16 miles (84,840 ft) away and sound travels roughly 1100fps it should take over 70 seconds for the sound to arrive at your microphone yet the impact sound is in synch with video. What gives?

  • Your figures are correct and agree with my previous reply to ccastr02's query regarding the coincidental noise. (SEE 3 weeks ago)

  • @Queensdude

Were you watching the WTC when the plane hit?

  • I was talking to a friend on the phone watching the live TV coverage when the second jet hit. The tripod-mounted camera was unattended in another room.

  • @Queensdude

So, after you completed your zoom-in, what happened?

  • I went to the other room to view the TV coverage and about 5 minutes later the second jet hit. I wanted to use the slow zoom in because the beginning of the zoom showed the adjacent wing of my high-rise to establish a sense of spatial relationship with the WTC. I edited out the five minutes of footage between the zoom and the second jet to spare the viewer the drudgery of watching 5 minutes of smoke plume. There are no Martians in that 5 minutes, I can assure you, that were visible ,at least.

  • @Queensdude

Okay, now I see the edit.

Why so defensive, by the way? You pulled the Martian card after I asked a pretty normal question. It's not like I mentioned COMPUTER-GENERATED PLANES or anything.

  • I was trying to be funny, not directing anything at you but at some of the wild theories out there. (see the other posts}. Your question was perfectly in order. Sorry you took it the wrong way. Love you "Martian card" phrase, LOL!

  • @Queensdude

What's the wildest theory you've heard?

  • Great video. I am not very familiar with the greater NYC area. What direction are you shooting? Thanks

I had the the chance to see those towers and the photos I have are some of my most prized possessions. I was there in 1982. I can still remember thinking WOW those buildings are so damn tall!!

  • Thank you for writing. I was shooting from the 25th floor of North Shore Towers on the border of Queens and Nassau Counties facing southwest towards lower Manhattan.

  • Interesting Video

Is it possible to post this section on a file share so we can look at it in detail please.

  • Queensdude, was the tape recording in your possession this whole time?

Weird, another guy from Queens uploaded his tape of the attack on the same day you did, 9-10-08. His handle is johnstayhome. Coincidence, eh?

  • Yes and yes. I had the tape in my possession since it was shot. It was shown on the North Shore Towers In-House Channel but I held back from publishing it for 7 years out of reverence for the event but decided it was time. Why do you ask?

  • There is a no plane theory... meaning no Boeing 767, fake live TV and fake amateur video ...fake passenger lists, actor witnesses, etc. According to this theory, the plane was a missile in disguise. There's also a no flying object theory. Your video may put that theory to rest. Be prepared to hear from some characters!

Thanks for the reply. I hope its okay that I posted your video in my collection. Let me know what you think.

  • Thank you for posting my footage on your site.

  • I also love how you present this video starting with with ariel view of the golf course to give the viewer a sense of how far you really are from the WTC. You should send this video to tributes4wtc or make it public some how. Great footage bro!5 Stars.

  • The 12X zoom-in taken by my Sony HD mini DV-Cam from my bedroom window in North Shore Towers was about 5 minutes before the second attack. I dissolved from just after the zoom ends to a point just before the jet enters the frame. Watch for a jump in the plume. I mention this lest the conspiracy theorists think that I knew when to zoom in!

  • is it me or could you actually hear the sound due to the impact. Maybe it's something else. Glad to see VERY NEW FOOTAGE- Very Rare footage. This has to be the farthest video taken of the impact for this is the highest point in long island, and you would have to be in one of the north shore towers to get a close look of the WTC.I doubt at 16 miles could this impact be seen on New jersey though; So you just may have the farthest ever recoded footage of the impact of the second plane.

  • The sound is not from ground zero which would take 72 seconds longer to travel the 16 miles than the visual. Although the video was shot near the highest point in Queens (270'), Nassau's Roslyn Heights is around 300' and Suffolk's Jaynes Hill near Whitman House is the highest on L.I. at just over 400'. There is 9/11 video from Atlantic Highlands, NJ (22 miles) but it is after the twin towers fell.

  • i've seen 9/11 footage from every possible angle it seems, but his was truly new footage to see. thanks for posting.

  • I woke up to pretty much the same sight Fred, but what is amazing is that you were able to get it down on film for posterity. Now I have it as well. Thanks, Karel Apt 16-0 Bld 2
