Very Nice. Be wary of the impulse buy tho and have it inspected, particularly the engine. I imagine replacement parts are not cheap for a car like this and you'll really want to know how much you will have to sink into it to get it in good condition as well as maintain it.

You know the updated modern/retro version of this car is to be on sale in the USA and Canada in the next year or so. I saw a couple of them last time I was in the UK. They have all the charm and character of the old one and none of the mechanical problems.

I had a 1966 FOrd Anglia as my first car and it was mechanically reliable for the most part. However, it was in imminent danger of breaking in half due to the subframe being made of rust. The local welder lived well off the vists that car made to his workshop.
