The funny thing of this all was that those snowmobilers had respect. They didnt go braping by. They slowed down, went down many rpms, and tried to kindly ride by. They got six runs in while we lunched. Normally they said they are too tired after one. All got along great. Then there are haters like you.

First of all, it looks like you guys were on a road meant for snowmobiles, so why are you so shocked?

Second of all, those snowmobilers were very respectful of you when they passed your group, giving you plenty of room and going by at an acceptable rate of speed.

And lastly, I guide snowmobile tours in the Fraser Valley in Colorado. The trails we use are multi-use, and WE GROOM THEM. I can't tell you how many times I've had ski poles swung at me out there. Just irks me when we maintain them.

We have just as much right to be there as you do. I spend the entire winter back country skiing and sledding. There are plenty of areas that do not allow you sledders. I can't tell you how many purists where happy to see us so we could break trail and I have offered many rides. So stay home!

snowmobilers have as much right to be on the snow as u do and the wildlife doesnt get scared away by sleds ive been within ten feet of a whole herd of deer and the just looked up and watched us pass. those snowmobiles werent even loud they had stock pipes and they were very curteous to you by passing you at a slow speed being able to do what you want when you want is what makes this country great have a good one
