mine is SCPH-90006, is it NTSC-J too with you?

plays many illegal copy even a PS2 cd burned myself (torrent .iso). But gives me red screen for a PS2 dvd I burned (from torrent .iso too), while it worked with my friend's SCPH-30001R (NTSC-U/C), not slim. the troubled .iso is PAL game.

and got it modded with a warranty from the shop

plays everything i burned from torrent

i have a PS2 Same as YOUR'S , and it plays illegal copies. Sony Made this series 90001-90006 as a PRE-MODDED PS2 Console, you know what ? 30000-70000 series do not play copied games but if you want to play you need to modify it and the FREE McBOOT does not work for the SCPH-90000 SERIES. :) Techie Kid :D
