I've heard that that'd be Zatsune Miku. She's fan-made and basically the evil Miku.....Oh god, now we have two evil Mikus. Zatsune and Hatchune(Or Chibi Miku). I think Hatchune's worse though. Search "フォレストパンツ一期一会" and you'll see why.
