I never been against to you gloria..but this tape i don't like it that you emphasize ang DSWD many filipinos outside the country want to share and help but they want to send and donate in an organization that they trusted. Maybe, even if ur not the one who is corrupt but most of your people is corrupt.

This is so disappointing. Walang clear actions. wala sa speech niya about SOLUTIONS! Madalas tayong daanan ng mga bagyo, baha etc... di ba dapat may sistema na ang govt paano 'to i-handle after all these years?? Ang tagal naka release ng calamity fund! DSWD has been pocketing money donations EVEN RELIEF GOODS!

RED CROSS especially DICK waits for media coverage everytime they give out relief goods that are on standby for an hour waiting for the media.

i agree with all of you. i am living overseas and i want to work with NGO's instead. i do not want to generalize all government agencies or personnel but because of what i have experienced with numerous government agencies through the years, i don't want to put my trust in them anymore.

how about other donations to private foundations like abs-cbn foundation or gma foundation? why only DSWD?more private sectors work faster than the gov't sectors.and they are working 24/7.will they'll be taxed too???

why would it be necessary to have it labeled DSWD? we are private individuals and would like to send it to private organizations whom we know these relief goods will get to. we are aware of the laws regarding the importing of goods, but the bureaucracy this entails is getting in the way of what we have set out to do and that would be to HELP. you need not make it harder, we are already half way across the world.
