  • Nice job with this, keep up the great attitude! Working-out will make you feel good in many ways, in addition to actually losing the weight you want to lose. You'll have more energy, and just feel more "up", all around. Stay with it, we are all cheering for you! :D

  • I'm happy you're feeling the results already!

    I'm not sure if you have "bad" habits to break, since you said you like salads etc., but if you can change your behavior for 2-3 weeks, then the habit is broken --> Good.

    I believe 100% that you have the energy and attitude and determination and understanding and self-awareness to reach your goals. And in your case, your goal is closer than you think... you're not 'fat' or 'big' at all! #GarNicht

  • I can't believe some people (and even friends) are calling you fat. I hope you know your audience thinks that you're absolutely fine the way you look right now. But since it's your goal to lose weight and eat healthier, we're all going to support you.

    It's a good start that you're talking honestly about your 'problem zones'. And it's positive that you can feel the muscles already. You sound so positive and motivated ! If you ever have a bad week, come back to watch this video !
