I'm not sure if you have "bad" habits to break, since you said you like salads etc., but if you can change your behavior for 2-3 weeks, then the habit is broken --> Good.
I believe 100% that you have the energy and attitude and determination and understanding and self-awareness to reach your goals. And in your case, your goal is closer than you think... you're not 'fat' or 'big' at all! #GarNicht
