I am the person who was in this car. I just watched this yesterday for the first time, it was very hard for me and my family, but none the less and reminder of how precious life is and how greatfull i am to be able to hold my two children. to this day i dont know how or why i survived this accident i am confident that it will come to me one day. I am healthy and besides a little speach problem and memory i am living a normal life with very little scares.
@1shawndon Next time, pay attention to the road and not your make up or your cell phone or what ever the hell it was that distracted you. Next time, you may not be so lucky.
@unclaimedtreas - To answer your question, yes that is the second (2nd) generation series SL series that ran from 1996 to 2002. And in this video, this particular Saturn is the SL2 model, with the Twin Cam motor that produces 124hp and 122tq stock from factory.
the service truck did its own extrication in a normal event the fire personal would have cut the roof and laid it on the hood but the truck took care of it...god bless the occupant and their family
Would have been something to see the extrication yet a lil privacy for the lady involved is nice to see also. He does shoot some nice work though I must agree.
There is O2 and acetylene tanks in the area hit on the truck and I was told several gallons of oil in the forward compartment. With that and all of the tools that's a lot of weight to run into.
All I can say is wow. that looks like a bad accident. Great shots and hope the driver of that saturn is ok, but by the looks of the accident it just looks impossible to survive the way that car went under there.
Can we say texting while driving

Did you witness the extrication? And if so, why not post it as well? I'm just curious. As always, your camera work is second to none.
