  • that far and yet so bright!

  • Pluto is not Dwarf and Planet it is Half Dwarf Planet Half Planet

  • Now we know...and knowing is half the battle.

  • crappy resolution......

    joking....

  • 15 people dont shine as bright as a star

  • pretty sure it's something lie 1 teaspoon of a neutron star would weigh a million tonnes or something around that.

  • hmmm a star with the size of a city.. dang if we could get one of those we could make some super engine out of it or somthing.. or we get crushed to death while we get irradiated..

  • @ChibiChan1988 you wouldn't be able to get a spaceship close enough to tow a neutron star that's how intense the gravity is the only thing that's more powerful gravitationally is a black hole

  • @Jadefox32 unless your a type 2 civilization

  • @MrDroopdog1 well then your implying something that repulses gravity or has a strong grasp of anti gravity or simulated gravity, and then your numbers need to be presiece because if something is off then not only will whatever technology you use to move it fail but the ships will be torn apart

  • @Jadefox32 *cough cough* ever hear of dark matter? 70% of the universe is made of it and it's the only thing that keeps galaxys from falling apart and it actually has a STRONGER gravitational force than a black hole

  • @MrDroopdog1 your missing the key word of that term "matter" and all matter exerts a gravitational force but dark matters is incredibly weak strong enough to hold the universe together but too weak to do much else. otherwise our satellites would be torn apart if dark matters collective gravity was so strong

  • if you dropped a marshmallow on a neutron star, the gravitational force would equal the explosion of 10 hydrogen bombs. ouch

  • i love space enen when i was 3 or 4 talkin obbsessed with it ,got the paintings on my wall of planets, drawing planets all the time, drawing supernovas good times

  • Gravity is the weakest of the level of lelmental force but to our knowledge it is the only force that can stack upon itself limitless.

  • so what the dark area o its poles ????

  • lets do some math.thats something like 600 trillion miles away or so.Its 12 miles accross. Why do we need to send camaras to mars?

  • less interference no radio waves to distort the view and stuff

  • Riverside

  • I don't know the original message your responding too, but if you think about it, in some situations, that's the best choice.

  • "can equal up to 20 years of energy coming out of the sun"

i always wonder how the fuck do they know those things, how do they fuckin calculate it

  • Take a physics class.

  • learn things

  • energy = mass = weight = energy .

  • energy=mass the weight has to do with a fundemental force which is part of space-time, which is neither energy nor mass its a field

  • energy = mass times the speed of light in a vacuum squared not energy = mass

  • no i am talking literally mass and energy are like the ph scale one side is mass and one is energy and the middle being neutral is that blured line when matter becomes very small the differences between mass and energy become less aparent hey if u want to see what i mean look up the double slit experiment

  • energy does not equal mass and mass does not equal weight. learn something before you screw people up

  • F=ma

  • do you even know what that means...

  • Yes, i do applied maths you know. Come to think of it i should have chosen engeneering or physics instead of it.

  • yes but what does F=ma have to do with this... i mean it's talking about x-rays not gravity

  • I knew you'd say that. Its my fault really for not saying on my last comment that i was just bored and typing random stuff when i typed f=ma

  • nin for the win

  • Video??? Ain't that a slide show.

  • awesome

  • Is that were "God" lives?

  • ... is the toilet where ur brain lives?

  • Uhh...no, the toilet is where your mom gave birth to you, dumbass.

  • lol y so hostile? what would jesus do. lol

  • Why am I so hostile?, you started it, spaz.

  • lol u amuse me, go on

  • yes

  • yes

  • That's a pulsar, and the emission of the rays is an electromagnetic phenomenon. A neutron star is hypothetical and the neutrons have never been observed, not to mention that it is physically impossible, basic nuclear chemistry.

  • very kool

  • only 12 miles across

    woah

  • Oooooh, shiny and bright........

  • pwn3d

  • That's Hot.

  • LITERALLY.

  • awesome!!

but i thought neutron stars are not bright?

  • no those are dwarf stars... i think.

  • Ya. Aren't it black dwarfs that don't glow?

  • wow, thats awesome

  • das kewl yo!!

  • wow small only 12 miles across whoa

  • cool :?)

  • yay!!!

  • cool

  • That's pretty damned awesome!

  • niceeeee =D

  • cool......................................

  • yum

  • astronomy ftw.

  • lol

  • l0l

  • Awesome!

  • cool!! :D

  • First comment! This kinda cool though...20 years of energy...whoo...

  • woh

  • cool !!
