Well the guy named Volt krueger has a horn body modification but the metal horns actually stick out of his skull, like if he were a real person there would have to be a thing inside his skull or skin on order for you to screw on the horn and the horn would be on the outside of the skin/flesh not the inside, do they have a horn modification like that?
