I love the artistry of this video - I am a fan of black & white. Schnauss's Goodbye is incredibly beautiful but the words possess such sadness. No-one ever wants to say goodbye. For me the video compliments the music very well.

I like the idea of travelling through space as the song talks about travelling through time, and I like to watch a varied landscape rolling by. A person can engage the material in a complex way even if it has no production value, per se. Making in black and white is a reasonable aesthetic choice. A more 'inspired' video by your standards might get in the song's way for me.

I used to listen to this track whilst I was taking the train to the office in Chicago. I was spending a few months in the states as part of a round the world trip I did a couple of years back.
